      I wanna start by saying that my bipolar medication changed my life. That being said, and depending on your bipolar type, it can be helpful to track your highs, lows, and in betweens if you have them. Personally I find keeping a dated journal to be helpful. I like to comment on my mindset and make a note of whether I’m feeling more manic, more depressed, or somewhere between the two. Going back and reading what you’ve written can also be very reflective.
