Does anyone have any tips and ideas that’ll help me to remember to take my meds? I’m on fluoxetine 80mg and it’s been hard for me to remember in the mornings. I’ll be honest when I get depressed my hygienic routine isn’t the best. It’s been a struggle to take a full blown shower for weeks now. I’ll wash my body and hair separately and it’s been working but I just can’t bring myself to continue on a routine because it’s hard to motivate myself. And when I comes to eating when I’m at an all low I won’t eat for almost days at a time but when I do I’ll binge eat. These habits need to stop and I need to learn how to stop them. I’ve been struggling to make it to my appointments for months now. It’s just been emotionally tough for me right now.

I got a thing on Amazon that goes on my pill bottle and it has little button type things for each day of the week. So when I take it I push the button for that day and it's a quick reminder of if I have taken it that day without having to remember to fill up a separate pill container

I used to always forget my meds! If I miss my acne meds one day I’ll break out so it made me develop a strict schedule. Those pill boxes with Monday through Sunday labels are definitely helpful too!

associate it with somethin you know you do daily. like if you eat breakfast at 8 am daily take it then! if you always go to bed at 10 pm take it then. also try setting an alarm, that way you have another reminder. 💕
