Is there a way to help with waking up and kind of not liking anything about your life right now and not looking forward to anything? It’s such a depressing thought, but it leaves me to stay in bed a lot and feel kind of hopeless.

    I deal with this by finding one thing I don't like that I can change that day. Like "I don't like that I've left the laundry out all day, I'm such a failure" turns into "I couldn't do the laundry because I had a joint flare up, I can do it today" or something line that
