how do you guys cope (healthily) with severe anxiety symptoms? i’ve never felt my anxiety to the level that i have in the past few weeks, especially at school, and i’m worried it’s been really bad for my health. what can i do to cope healthily with this?

      One idea is deep resting exercises. My mom taught me these snd they really help her. It’s called 4-5-8 breaths where you breathe in for 4, hold for 5, out for 8. Secondly, what works best for me is to find the source of my anxiety, am I scared of ____? Or worried about ____happening? Once I identify the source, I can counteract it with the more likely scenario which is never my anxious one. Hopefully that makes sense? Like if I’m scared someone is coming after me, I remind myself I live in a locked building and a locked house and there’s no legitimate reason for someone to be after me so the odds are so small it’s not worth my worry.
