      I guess for me, it's rarely physical, but mostly a mental game. Like during a panic attack, I think over and over that it's never gonna go away and I'll be forever stuck in this panic attack, bc the rational part of my brain that says "this'll only last 15-20mins" just completely shuts off. BUT... then I do some breathing exercises I try to tweak a lil each time helps and the attack passes

      i'm wondering the same thing. every time i flare my mental health gets worse and i get stuck in the mindset of "this is forever, i'll never be okay again". anxiety about being in pain is kind of a rational reaction though, so maybe just making sure you have a good social support system and a safe outlet for your concerns would be helpful for some relief.

      I’m glad you found someone that can keep you calm , after I got COVID any little symptom i feel in my body it goes back to COVID like I feel like I’m gonna get sick all over agin and go to the hospital idk why

      health anxiety as in you always think there’s something wrong with you? sometimes if i get anxiety and it causes chest pain, i freak out and think i’m having a heart attack or something else. i do this with other things. mainly it’s no big deal whatever it is but i tend to imagine the worst. it’s nice having a husband who reassured you that it’s not the big thing and in fact something small that will most likely go away on its own (like the chest pain). it’s frustrating but i have a good support system
