    Consistent, daily activity. Example, I volunteer at our local food bank 5 mornings a week. I just love it there. On the weekends, I make myself get at least one indoor chore done & get dressed & walk around the block or visit with a neighbor. I video chat with my (grown) children as often as they'll grace me with their time. Spending time playing with/grooming/petting my 2 cats is a daily must.

    also just making yourself feel taken care of- everything showers, skincare, make up, dressing cute, doing ur hair, etc. basically just cosplay a healthy/ happy person
