      Write in a journal, find new tv shows (I’m one of those people that feels like characters in shows become my friends haha), message someone you care about, self care (take a long warm shower, get comfy clothes and just relax), draw something to represent how you’re feeling, write a song or poem… those are some of the many things I enjoy in those moments at least!
