Strange Questions- when I lived in San Francisco, I would sometimes think I felt tremors, but no one else would, and I would check the seismic activity, and nothing near me. It felt like the ground (and me) was moving up and down and shaking. Since I moved away this still happens periodically (in places without earthquakes); especially after elevator rides. this started happened for years before my other vertigo symptoms (spinning/ dizzy feeling, motion sickness, nausea for no reason, etc) is this related? also- does anyone get the nausea without the dizziness/ spinning? just stand alone nausea? Thank you!
