Hi everyone i don’t know but I feel tremors in my head and body please anyone can you reflect 🥲

I also feel tremors in head and body. Been to a neurologist they checked for things such as Parkinson’s, I had a MRI done ,but said I didn’t have it. I must say I noticed my tremors came on when I was very anxious
