Do you often feel dizzy like the room or item you are using are moving with anxiety and stress? It’s been happening a lot recently and I’m not sure if it’s that or something else

I think I know the feeling you’re talking about; it kind of feels like a bunch of pressure all around my body. I feel it when I feel panicky.

Yeah all the time, I think it’s another way our body is trying to process the amount of stress we create for our brains. If there’s anything that helps your anxiety try to do that when you’re anxious to see if that helps. If not, it could be something else.
