Feeling Dizzy: Can Anyone Relate?

Hi All, I'm new here, I'm hoping some people can relate to how I feel sometimes, basically I sometimes get this strange "dizzy" feeling , like I I move my head or fast movements it feels like my head needs to catch up and feels all funny, hard to explain but it's like when you have a flu and get out of bed

I feel carsick any time I walk or look around. If I push through it & just do it anyway, then I get the symptoms you describe. Audiologist & neurologist didn’t find anything wrong, & physical therapy made me so sick I couldn’t get out of bed. I found an article about long Covid that described these symptoms & took it to my GP. She said it was “interesting” & suggested I LOOK ONLINE for more info. 🤦‍♀️
