I haven't met anyone struggling with all of my conditions or even just POTS so I haven't been able to get good advice.

SALT. when my POTS is acting up, I send hubby out to get french fries and a caffeinated drink. it helps with the dizziness and the migraine I usually get after a POTS episode. also always have someone there to spot me when I try to stand in case I pass out lol
