Looking for alternative remedies for POTS

Hi I’m Tori. I have a long list of medical conditions. Also, I have recently been diagnosed with POTS and do not know many alternative remedies, or things that help. Recommendations welcome!

The only other trick I have is salt ofc. I'll chug some Gatorade or eat some pretzels/ chips before walking around. I hope you find what works for you 😁👍

Compression socks can be a game changer. You can even find some that look like nylons. I can tolerate more walking with them on. They can help with cramps too. I usually wear 20-30 mmHg knee high socks. I use thigh highs for long days or concerts. They're somewhat annoying to wear during summer. Be careful not to overheat

hey!! i *suspect* i have POTS (if not, then IST and/or dysautonomia) and i’m also an herbalist (learned from mom, we’re native american). i’ve had success with a strong (steeped >25 minutes) tea of equal parts hawthorn (natural beta blocker), chamomile (soothing/calming/anxiolytic), and mint (antiemetic). also feel free to dm me if you’d like! 💜

Aside from medication, the thing that has helped me the most is actually mixing Gatorade and Liquid IV.
