Hello, I’m Anna. I take Topomax which has saved my life after struggling with POTS forever. I only got diagnosed four years ago. I was passing out at work and so dizzy all the time with severe migraines, nausea, tachycardia and weird temperature changes and all that. With the medicine, I don’t have episodes. With my stress or any infection, I get episodes. Maybe this helps someone. It makes you lose weight though. I just had a brain scan though and I have chiari malformation and now my headaches are back. I’m getting hopeless again. I don’t understand why I have such weird issues. Does anyone know how to deal with the head and neck pain?

I found a good PT and that helps with my head and neck pain. The graston/scraping technique is also super helpful. I use heat too

Yes!! I’ve had those symptoms since I was 12 but just now got diagnosed. I actually used to take Topomax, but I have no memory around the dates I took it. I didn’t know it could help with POTS!
