Struggling with Chronic Illness and School

I'm about to start my senior year and I'm so stressed, I just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia and hypermobility on top of everything else, and they want me to see a cardiologist for POTS, and I feel like everyone expects me to just go on like normal when nothing is normal at all and my entire life has been redefined this past year. It feels pointless to keep going to a trade school if I won't be able to do that trade anyway and no one there likes me but it's too late to transfer back to my home district so I'm just gonna have to spend another year torturing myself and fighting for basic help
