Struggling with Health Issues and Frustration

I'm getting worse mentally ask physically. I keep getting stress sick as well. My doctor wants to test me for PCOS, Hyper Mobility Syndrome, and POTS. I was recently diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension. And she wants me to look into EDS and Fibromyalgia. I dont know how to feel about all this. While I'm happy that I'm finally going to figure out what's wrong with me I'm frustrated I have these issues in the first place. I also have no energy to do even the most basic task such as showering and I dont know what to do.

Wishing the best for you! Sounds like we're going through very similar struggles. It really is frustrating being so fatigued and achey but having many tests turn out "normal." My primary suspects all the same things for me and did diagnose me with orthostatic hypotension, but the frustrating thing is that any specialists I go to are not very educated on these things and just tell me I'm fine and to go home pretty much. I hope you can find some answers, though I wish you didn't have to go through this in the first place ❤️ Make sure you're staying very hydrated, get lots of electrolytes
