Hello everyone, so lovely to find my people. People that actually know what life is like everyday and the challenges we face. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2014 and now in 2023 diagnosed with POTS. The jury is still out on hashimotos and adrenal fatigue. I’m into natural solutions and managing my symptoms with food, supplements and looking after myself.
