A recent breakup has caused my depression and anxiety to get worse over the past few months. I’m at the point where I have really bad crying/hysterical panic attacks at least 3-4 times a week. In the moment I just get sent into this void of hopelessness and it’s so scary. Any tips on how to stop these episodes from happening so often?

Might not be the best advice but listening to break up songs really helped me. I remember feeling really empty and I think at some point I think I even started shaking. The SOUR album really helped me. I also think talking to friends and being around company helps
