      Chocolate, Icecream, and stuffed animals help with my depression and anxiety. I can't sleep without a stuffed animal. Like yesterday I had a panic attack get worse without it. Smoking weed helps too.

      Don’t do anything out of spite. If you are going to change any aspect about yourself, do it for you. Distancing yourself from the dating scene for a bit will help you not turn someone into a rebound (because that will just end up hurting them). Focus on yourself for right now: Self love, good coping mechanisms, exercise/yoga, utilizing your support system. I am sorry about the circumstances, it’s probably hard to see a way out of this when you’re right in the thick of it.
