Does anyone struggle with body temperature regulation? My body does not seem to be regulating itself anymore.

      Literally: every woman should increase temperature during this phase. It's part of the process and should be traceable if you track your cycle, which is advised by many. You should raise a few degrees. Dysautonomia = disruption of the autonomous bodily processes, so, as discussed above: you're highly reactive to temperature changes and things when struggling to keep these processes up. If your brain struggles to keep up when your temp rises, and your temp rises during this phase... Voilà...

      All the time if I get too cold I will shiver uncontrollably and that causes dislocation and the likes!!! And I have a hard time cooling down too. It drives me batty

      Dysautonomia is a common comorbidity, be it POTS or another type and they can cause this

      Yes!!! I’m basically a lizard. If it’s cold where I’m at then Im cold. If it’s hot then im hot. It’s so frustrating.

      Yes absolutely. I usually have a pile of clothes I’m putting on or taking off and I dress in layers.
