constantly. no matter what season it is or what the weather is like, I will be wearing layers (including a thick hoodie). when we first got together, it shocked my partner when it was 90+ degrees outside and I was genuinely cold, to the point where he could feel that my fingers, nose, and toes were ice cold. being too hot is the worst because if I'm not sitting directly in front of a fan blowing cold air on me, I will not cool down (but I still have to wear a hoodie because,,,,,,, cold)

Yes all the time! I’m extremely sensitive to cold & heat. If I’m cold I’ll get colder & colder until I’m basically involuntarily convulsing to get warmth. With heat I get really hot & pass out. I have a few diagnosis though that could be the cause of it!
