During the summer months it can be difficult for me to remember to eat anything. My brain and stomach don't let me know when I get hungry so I can go hours and hours without eating. Is there anything that's been helpful for keeping reminders or just better practices I can do to eat more often?
if there's something that's already a routine schedule for you, maybe attaching eating to a part of it would help? going to work is really good for me because there's a set time for lunch and so I'm reminded to eat even if I'm not feeling hungry yet
