      making a routine that i can follow throughout the day really helps me. and as someone who forgets to eat when i’m dealing with a depressive episode, planning out a least two large meals a day helps as well.

      If you have any motivation (which I struggle with) start a creative hobby or something you would like to learn or improve- or even listen to podcasts. Also getting up and showering helps me sometimes.
