I have health anxiety and it started to mess with life. Sometimes I don’t even want to get up. What has helped some of you?

      I've never heard of "healthy" anxiety. You may have mild or moderate but you can take an online test to determine your level.

      It doesn’t seem like much, but sometimes stepping out of the box helps. When we are trapped in our mental box it’s like we are trapped as that person. Try some new things and enjoy yourself and maybe it will help, it sounds weird but it gets exciting, start small with food treats and work your way up to what comforts you, sometimes I go sit by a bed of water that I have near me also and just listen to some music ❤️
