I’m coming to realize that a lot of my anxiety is health based. It’s interesting because a lot of the resources online focus on trying to think about how there’s no point in worrying if you aren’t sick and to focus on that, but for someone who does actually have chronic health issues it’s not super helpful. I’m curious to hear if anyone has any tips for dealing with health anxiety?
