Hi I struggle with anxiety specifically my health and I’ve had weird situations come from this and would just like to know if anyone else struggles and how they cope or any strategies to ease it maybe when I’m working or something 🙂

      Hi, I also have health anxiety, I have learned going on walks, keeping a routine and checking up with a psychiatrist, therapist and medical professional and sharing my thoughts. Day by day we can keep going.
