Hi! I don’t really understand this app yet but it seems like a helpful place for me. I struggle with health anxiety which can be difficult when also dealing with numerous physical health issues. Finding others to relate to has helped ease my anxiety, assure me that I’ll be okay and give me a sense of grounding.

      I've had similar issues, so sorry to hear you're going through it. I've found that reducing stimulant intake helped, and also calling someone to talk to for half an hour or so (it doesn't have to be about the anxiety).

        @jipperoni hello I have health anxiety too always thinking I have something wrong with me and always find I get symptoms too I’m in the uk and under a councillor and on tablets is not nice
