Other than meds, Are there other treatments or strategies I can try to reduce my anxiety, ptsd, trauma and pain?

Get some easy to pop in and immediately Bluetooth connect earbuds like AirPods and always have a good audiobook or podcast ready. Music may work too but that usually isn’t distracting enough and ends up just being background noise to my flooding thoughts. Also I’m very specific about the earbuds being super simple and quick because it’s immediate and uncomplicated. When you feel those thoughts, just whip them babies out and within five seconds you’re golden. Otherwise you probably wont do it if it’s a hassle. I just got my first pair of Bluetooth earbuds with no wire and wow it’s a total game changer of convenience for me hahah.

I like going outside for my anxiety! Sitting in the park and just people watching. Helps me get some form of social interaction while also not having to approach people

Yoga really helps me! Feel free to DM if you want some tips. Deep breathing helps me to prevent anxiety attacks asking with 5-4-3-2-2

Lots of writing. Maybe put it in story form, or maybe write fanfiction. I have been doing that for years and would be much worse off if I didn’t. Or you can try art, it doesn’t matter if you think you’re bad at it. If it helps, that’s what matters.
