Fibromyalgia weve learned u want to stay away from all nightshade vegetables and weve found apple cider vinegar to make us feel better

Panic attacks we try to find out what triggers us and try to stay away from those triggers as much as possible ie our one trigger is ems sirens for that we wear headphones or anything we can to block out the sound of the scary sudden sound

jb - you are thinking of anxiety attacks. panic attacks are untriggered. you can do things to redirect your attention but there is no way to avoid a trigger.
