Not the best coping strategy, but I listen to podcasts. Like almost all day every day, just have a wireless earbud in. It helps me to focus my thoughts and not spiral into a bad thought pattern

Getting outside, taking a walk in the woods or getting out in nature if possible even if it's just for a couple minutes or just taking a walk around the yard. It takes your mind off all the stress your going thru and helps me a ton
Music. Listening to it can lift my mood, it helps me express my emotions, dancing along gets me moving, it can make mundane tasks more interesting
