I'm wondering if any one with chronic pain has ever used adderal with opioid pain medicine. Did it help to have better quality of life??

      After reading this I am definitely going to talk to my doc about tramadol I think it's a reasonable request and I have taken it before and it worked

      Stimulants definitely help with fatigue but may create muscle tension I think if you can get your Dr to prescribe a low dose or an extended releases stimulant might be worth a try

      I take tramadol and added PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) 600-900mg daily which is chemically similar to adderral. It makes my pain meds work better and helps me stay on a low dose. I swear by the combo now!

      I've used gabapentin, tramadol, etc. I either can't function at work or it doesn't work😥

        @Krickett I use Tramadol gabapentine and naproxen. I’m not pain free but the combination seems to help. I’ve recently pinched a nerve in my thoracic region, I’ve been through the whole rissotamy process but that hasn’t helped. They want to try pressure point injections tomorrow so I’ll hope that works!
