At the moment I'm taking paracetamol or co-codamol as painkillers, amitriptyline to help with sleep and duloxetine for depression

I am taking Lyrica for chronic pain, Citalopram for depression and Propanolol for anxiety. When the pain is awful, I also take paracetamol and celecoxib (for inflammatory type of pain) or co codamol (for nerve pain). In my experience, there isn't anything that completely eases fibro pain. All the meds available atm just help with making the pain more bearable.

To take the edge off enough for me to get around, I'm on duloxetine, Tizanidine, and gabapentin. I'm fairly Maxed out on the Tizanidine and duloxetine... just added the gabapentin. Nothing works very well, but there's usually a mix that's not bad. Everyone's different, and the med mix will reflect that.

I use cyclobenzaprine at night with trazadone. I take tramodol if the pain gets too bad. Gabapentin gets rid of the pain but makes me numb. Lyrica makes me feel stoned and increases my appetite.

Hi, I take Flexeril at night along with trazodone. I can’t get any doctor to write me a prescription for tramadol to deal with the intense pain. Any suggestions? There’s a shortage of rheumatologists where I live and the neurologist I’ve seen don’t treat fibromyalgia here! I just don’t know what to do???

I take amitriptyline for fibro and depression. I also take 500mg of naproxen twice daily for fibro. This eases it so that I can grip without feeling like my hands are brittle. I also have painful circulatory problems like Raynaud's
