Does tramadol help with M.E/CFS?

So, my doctors believe I have M.E/CFS and I’ve been on tramadol for over a year now. Does it help? Because so far it hasn’t for me..

I take tramadol and gabapentin together, the doctors moan they don't like prescribing them together but it works. 6 tramadol and 4 gabapentin and amitriptyline to help sleep

I cannot take it anymore due to seizures but tramadol has very little effects on my pain if I am in an ME crash. Sometimes, in combination with other meds, it will take just enough edge off for me to get a few hours of sleep.

I'll ask for something stronger like oxycodone or hydrocodone & if possible a referral to a specialist that deals with M.E/CFS patients or pain management

I have been on tramadol for years, but I use it for breakthrough pain that my NSAID (Naproxen) can't handle. I don't have M.E/CFS, but I do deal with chronic pain

see I was on naproxen but it didn’t help me, should I ask my doctor for something else? Cause I’m always in so much pain and can’t get out of bed, I use alcohol to deal but I know that’s not healthy
