Separating my father's illness from my past caregiving trauma

Hello. I have been going through a family crisis with my father being in critical condition for months. Many things about the situation, the locations he was receiving care, and his mental status have been incredibly hard due to PTSD that I have from caring for my grandmother who has Alzheimer’s for years. On top of the ptsd I have anxiety disorder and am depressed. Other than therapy (been through 3 therapists in 6 months), what else can I do to separate what’s happening with my father from what happened with my grandmother?
