What are some things you've eliminated from your diet that trigger your eczema?

      I've never been a fan of milk, but general non-milk dairy (cheeses, yogurt, cream cheese and cottage cheese) don't cause me any issues. As nonsensical (the science hasn't quite caught up) as it is, many of my migraine triggers are duplicated by my eczema triggers and the biggest of those are Nitrates, Nitrites, Sulfates, Sulfites, Monosodium glutamate, Hydrolyzed corn/soy/wheat protein, and anything with bullion. Basically a lot of the boxed, prepackaged or formed & frozen stuff is a no-no. It's made a HUGE difference and just requires reading a LOT of labels. Journaling was the only way I caught it in the beginning.

      Dairy!!! I have loads of random allergies and always thought that cutting out such a mainstream food group would be really hard on top of already being limited, but it’s not as bad as i thought! I dont completely eradicate it unless i’m in a flare, but by really cutting down and just finding easy alternatives like oat milk and olive spread over butter, made a hugeeee difference for me

      I've cut down on gluten products, especially bread, pastry and pasta... I can tell if I eat full gluten stuff as it brings it up bad

      I stopped dairy about 6 years ago, and it's helped a lot
