For me, anxiety and stress cause more flare ups, along with certain foods, like dairy, sugar, and gluten

Have you tried a different laundry detergent? When I switched my flare ups became less

For me it's because my hormones are readjusting after pregnancy mixed with the heat lately

Skin issues are driven by gut/liver issues. The rashes won't stop without addressing the underlying gut issue because the skin is our largest detoxification organ. If there are too many toxins, they will get released through the skin. I finally cleared my eczema after having it since the age of 4.

This is the hardest thing to figure out. You just have to look for patterns and use trial and error to figure it out. You can also talk to your doctor and get their opinion. Hope you get relief soon ❤️

Flare-ups can be caused by various factors such as stress, diet, lifestyle, and hormonal changes. It is important to identify any patterns or triggers that may contribute to your flare-ups and work on managing them. However, some flare-ups may occur without an apparent reason.
