Reducing Allergy Triggers Through Food Elimination

Did anyone try to eliminate their food habits to reduce allergy triggers?

I'm doing the autoimmune paleo diet. You temporarily eliminate a lot of things and eventually add them back to see if they cause any reactions. I'm doing it because I already know some of my food sensitivities, and I think I'm still eating something that's causing my allergies to act up. They went away before on a clean eating thing I was doing, but I reintroduced things too close together.

I tried to eliminate the major food allergens like eggs, peanuts, milk, fish... It was really hard to eliminate some of them, especially eggs and milk. So I decided to do a skin test instead and there I was diagnosed with an egg allergy.
