so I have several things I'm battling and added to them is my back I had to quit a good paying job because I found myself crying from pain. I've always known there was any issue with my back but I wanted to forget it. but now I'm so angry for letting it get this bad and I'm feeling worthless. my doctor gave me ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer and still I'm in pain so I got appointment for a second opinion because I think I need an xray. does anyone have pain they are dealing with? other treatments that might help? I'm overseas and I know that contributes to it as well.

Heat and diet changes have helped with both my muscle and joint pains

I too had to take some time off of work for back pain. I went to a chiropractor, and she worked on my back and gave me some exercises to complete between our visits. I no longer have back pain!

I have a herniated disc in my lower back. Physical therapy was the only thing that helped long term

I’m sorry about your back pain is not fun to live with. I had to go on oxycodone about five years ago and it has given me a better quality of life for my pain issues. I get drug tested once a month I take them as prescribed . I get a lot of negativities from this they call me an attic some people. I’m so tired of being judged I’m just trying to enjoy my time on this earth as best I can. So I called a nutritionist today I would love to hire a trainer just to encourage me but it cost money and I’m a little low on that. It’s something you might want to pick up I don’t know you but I do care.
