I am usually not an open person. I have been having emotional break downs. I am over worked, stressed, and feel unwanted by everyone (even though they say they love me). I have tried to relax like my fiance suggests but I just seem to be very nervous, stressed as well. How do you deal with this?

I don't know that I truly am able to, I find myself re-narrating my past to justify my present. The thing that calms me is time alone. I go out of my way to work odd shifts, or projects others want to avoid.

this is one of my worst fears. Afraid to get committed because I'm the strong one holding things together. Afraid to get help because they'd take me away and I couldn't stop the impending doom

Thank you all for the advice. I'll take the advice you advised to me and take it to heart. I appreciate it.

I have a journal app on my phone that is password protected, and I just spill all my thoughts and feelings no matter how bad, sometimes I even refer to shitty people with mean nicknames (for my own sanity). It feels amazing to get it out of your body, and I like the password because I feel more secure that I can write anything and there's no chance of anyone seeing it. It's called Day 1. But if you are having suicide ideation you really should take to someone, even if it's just the suicide hotline. You won't be committed for it, don't worry.

Talk to your therapist about seeing her more frequently about your issues so you don't have to get admitted to the hospital bc its your choice to get admitted or not

I have gotten help by a therapist which worked alot for me, it took awhile to find the right therapist though.

@Lizherrera_22 I have a therapist, I just only get to see her every two weeks. I feel like if I say everything I might just be committed.

@emokitty same here, but looking for a therapist. However, I would start out with the small stuff then work your way up to the hard stuff.
