I’ve been really struggling with anxiety and depression. Everyone around me says “better days are coming” but when will those days come? I don’t know how to manage it anymore and I feel my old unhealthy coping mechanisms creeping back in. I could really use help…

      @GhostieShark yes journaling helps me. I write it down and walk away.When I'm feeling better and have a clearer mind, I go back to what I wrote and I can figure out why I was feeling that way at that time and learn from it.

      Maybe keep a journal and write down how you are feeling at that time.

        @Gwen71 I haven’t tried journaling before, but mostly because I don’t understand how it will help. I talk out how I’m feeling with others, but I feel like that makes me feel worse. Have you found success with journaling?
