      I have just started watching TV regularly. I'm trying to make a schedule for myself too. I haven't had a schedule since I got out of highschool many years ago. I listen to music.. way too much but I love it to hey that usually works I have been getting into binaural beats, low tempo lofi but music with no words is particularly helpful when I'm anxious Walk my dogs Draw Pray Nap Self-care is a big one for me. I put oils in my hair or on my skin and usually mix in an essential oil or two. Smells can make or break my mood sometimes. It's so weird ✌️💗😊
