Could be the light. Spring is a highly hard season for me because of the increase in light makes me destabilize. I do not know how to stop it. I heard with anger avoiding “you” statements like not you but people addressing you should say “i do not like dis messy kitchen” opposed to “you messed up the kitchen!!” 💕also there is this theory i read that stepping outside at sunrise helps mood. Like vitamin d or sumthin or just setting a good sleep clock. Srry for ramble. Best of weekend to you ^^
