Frustrated with Seasonal Depression

My depression comes and goes, and it's so frustrating. Whenever Fall hits, I'm useless until Spring. I don't want to do much of anything. I have no motivation but to eat and sleep. :/

      I was in the mental hospital for 7 days last year in December for a bakeract, this year is gonna be so hard near the deadline

      100% in the same boat. More-so winter for me though. My psych told me about therapy lamps! I used mine more in the winter. I have two small kids so I didn’t notice if it had a huge effect on me (just bought it last year) but google it! It might be something that could work for ya

      I'm the same. Everyone being so excited for fall feels hurtful, too, like I'm preparing to be in emotional pain for the next half of the year while everyone else is cheering.
