Living with Interstitial Cystitis: My Journey to Hope

I was recently (2 days ago) diognosed with intercicial cistitis I knew I had it years ago and had mentioned it to my doctor who immediately shut me down I already had my endometriosis diognosis wasn't that enough? No cuz I had symptoms that endo didn't explain so now here I am on a new diet zero sugar 😔 but thankfully lots of quinoa and avacado ❤️ so now I'm pulling myself out of a deep desolation and allowing myself to feel hope for the first time in many many years now that I'm on a strict IC diet I'm hoping the pain will decrease honestly I'd be ecstatic if my agony were decreased only by 50% I understand this is incurable and I have eccepted that for now I'm just hoping for a decrease in pain fingers crossed
