When I first experienced the spinal injury, I had the “foot drop” and had to drag my foot for about a month; that day I woke with intense pain in my spine and I have never been the same since. All these years later, I recuperated from the worst to about 90 % of what it was, but then started to decline. I walk now with a gait and have a hard time lifting my left leg to walk, I use a cane for balance and walk slowly.
Hey Jorgino, I walk with a gait too, but I realise it could’ve been much worse and I thank god and my doctor for diagnosis my injury fast and kept on both of my legs
