Does anyone walk uneven or have a foot turn in or away? How do you correct yourself and how long into your diagnoses did nerve damage or sciatica nerve pain start? Thank you šŸ’“šŸ„°

Stay on top of your health. You could live a long time. Take care of your feet, most important thing. I learned that out the hard way I was a basketball player and I rolled my ankles several times thru the years, went to the doctor said it was arthritis, turned out my feet were broken, so I had surgery one foot at a time . Ended up having problems with the last foot, went to a different doctor they X-rayed them, found out I ended up getting a botched job on both feet. Had a procedure done that had been band in 2001 , I ended up getting a below the knee leg amputation. I requested it. Ended up getting a new leg custom made Louie Vuitton prosthetic leg.

Look up Waddling Gait.. read up on it and see if you have any similar symptoms. But remember to go to maybe a chiropractor and measure the length of your legs.

Let me know what they find, Iā€™m curious to see what there diagnoses is. Can I ask a question? Is that leg that you are talking about is it weak, does it want to give out when you are walking?? If so you might have what they call drop toe.

@Deebo it's not weak, my legs them selves are super strong. I do lots of leg workouts but I feel like I waddle and my knees always hurt. My hips lock.

Go to the doctor and lay flat on your back, have him measure your legs, see what the difference is, your leg might be jammed up in your pelvic area. It happened to me I was 1/4 of an inch off. I went to physical therapy and the doctor pulled on my leg down by my foot. I felt a relief of pressure being that my sciatica nerve was no longer pinched.
