After 3 years I’m still struggling to move my hand 😥

Yes. I suffered a gunshot wound to the head. It entered high in the right frontal lobe, went up along the top of my skull and affected and cam to rest in the back of my head in the occipital lobe. I was completely paralyzed from the hip down a partially paralyzed on my left side and arm. Doctors told me I would not walk again without the aid of a walker. Today I walk with an AFO brace and cane and have complete recovery I'm my left side above the waist and arm. My left leg is partially paralyzed but I walk and even do spin class. You do have certain limitations you will never overcome, but no one knows what they are. One day in the hospital I was trying to move my leg and felt a slight contraction on my thigh. That was all I needed. If you have any movement, just concentrate on what you can do, think positively and work at it. I had a great support system and I hope you do to. People pushed me. I wish you luck and am happy to answer any questions you have.
