Did Lumbar stenosis disc herniación for the second time with a great Dr Jamal Taha in Dayton Oh . Excellent results achieved this time . The first time as a loss of money and time . 👍

my friends sister has a spinal stimulator, she's had it now since last October, she said it helps a little bit but not as well as she hoped it would. Have you tried a TEN/EMS Machine that you can use at home. Also ultrasound, laser, TEMS/EMS and massage from my chiropractor, the past almost 2 years she has kept my upright and walking. All of my muscles on the right side of my leg and the butt are all atrophying. ☹️

My personal opinion I had a l4 and l5 surgery before I had the surgery I was unable to move twist been down I wasn't able to move on with my daily life I kept getting paint shots in my back eventually the shot stopped working the shots was causing so much pain that is when my doctor informed me that he was unable to help me with the pain shots and he instructed me to get the back surgery I am so glad that I did because the pain stopped until I got into a three-car collision and then it was right back on I was unable to move every time I took a step I suffer from pain the same doctor that gave me my back surgery refuse to give me another one so that's when the pain doctor suggested that I get a Boston scientific stimulator inside my back it really does help I have my good days and I have my bad days just recently I suffer from back pain and I was unable to move about 4 days I woke up this morning pain-free

I guess my question should have been I work at a call center and for every break I take they want me to stay longer and make it up the time. Which to me defeats the purpose of the breaks

Well, just remember, you're not alone in this. I go in for a steroid injection into my piriformis muscle next week, and if that doesn't work, the only thing left is to try a spinal cord stimulator (SCS). There's a lot of info on YouTube about that device.

I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years. When it 1st happened my Doctors told me I can't sit, walk, bend forward/backward for more than a few minutes. I can not run, jump, twist, do motions like sweeping, vaccuming. So as with any person I did try to a few of these things. Not a good idea my pain just got worse. My L5 S1 are ruptured and every disc above then are bulged up to T12. And I have stenosis in several places. Try heat and ice and TENS machine helps alot.

Hello.. I had the same thing last year, but I had a microdiscectomy. The problem was, that scar tissue formed, and now the scar tissue is pressing on the nerve. Try to avoid surgery if you can. To answer your question, take lots of breaks, stretch your hamstrings and piriformis muscles, and get a seat donut to take pressure off your tailbone. Good luck.
