Need advice for disc bulging and lower back pain

Hi what should I do for my disc bulging? I hurt my lower lumber L1-s1 I’m doing physical therapy twice a week but it not helping. What should I try next?

      @Bennie hi no problem.. i have gotten cortiol shot, nerve blocker,steroid shots, i havent gotten epidural shot yet , i am just tired nothing works... i take advil, ice , heat and rest .. you need to strech .. you tube has a bunch you can follow.. it sucks lol.. like right now my legs feel tingly .. self care is the best .. massage is also great .. i also build elevators for living so i have no shot lol.. it def sucks for me

      Stretch , ice and heat .. my L4 -L5 S1 are all messed up, shots , Pt , chiro, and the pain just stays .. sciatica down my leg to my toe .. stretching helps .. good luck

        @Johnj thank you for the advice. What kind of shots do you get? If u don’t mind me asking? I just got an epidural like 3 weeks ago and it didn’t help a lot
