I was hoping to read some comments of good news...:( I've been living with chronic lower back pain for 8 years, going on 9...and to concur with a couple others, it just gets worse. I have a ruptured disc and they want to do a disc replacing on the one that is pinching my sciatica. But I have to quit smoking cigs and idk if I can do it. šŸ˜ž

No the pain only gets worse and now my legs go numb. I meditate and pray for strength to get through another day. I have other orthopedic issues and am limited to life itself it is very depressing.

I hope it gives you some relief, I've learned to just deal with it, sucks but what eles can I do lol.. also my chiropractor told me deadlifts with kettlebells using proper form help alot..strengthen you're legs and low back is huge. You can do it with no weight also.

I have the same issues, I've been going to a chiropractor and making sure I do all the stretches it helps tremendously. For me stretching is key. No it never goes away I've had this problem for over a decade. You can do the cortisone shots but I'm not one for those.

@dmick1980 oh damn that sucks I just had an epidural recently like 3 weeks ago and it didnā€™t help either. I havenā€™t tried the cortisone shot yet. Iā€™m being sent to pain management next I heard they offer a lot of other things to try to help for pain and Iā€™m gonna start aquatic therapy soon. I just hope something helps soon. Iā€™m sorry ur in pain too this sucks.
